- Training information: training participation, certifications obtained
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited

- Manage training registrations and certification issuance
- Send you important communications regarding your account
- Improve our services and your user experience
- Ensure platform security

- Organizations you are a member of
- Trainers of the training programs you participate in
- Our service providers who help us operate the platform

7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information while your account is active, then as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
When you delete your account, we delete your profile (first name, last name, language), your contact details (email, phone number) and your pending training registrations: immediately if you do it in the app, within 30 days if you email us at [email protected].
Competency cards issued by training organizations are retained: they belong to the issuing organization and may serve as proof of training. They are no longer accessible in the app, but will reappear if the same phone number or email address is used to sign up again. To ask for their removal, contact the issuing organization or write to us.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will inform you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page.
