Delete your Lexys account

In the app

Open Lexys, tap the profile icon (top right), then “Your profile” and “Delete my account”. Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the phone number or email address linked to your account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data deleted

Your account, your profile (first name, last name, language), your contact details (email, phone number) and your pending training registrations.

Data retained

Competency cards issued by training organizations. They belong to the issuing organization and may serve as proof of training. They are no longer accessible in the app once your account is deleted, but will reappear if the same phone number or email address is used to sign up again. To ask for their removal, contact the issuing organization or write to us.
